The PSI at the fuel rail for this stock system is 30 to 45 due to pressure regulators (The 99-04 trucks usually operate at 40 PSI and about 35 PSI in an idle, though this can vary with multiple variable components). This pump is good for motors producing up to 400 HP. If you are concerned that this pump is not enough for your EFI system, your \u003cstrong\u003eBEST BET\u003c\/strong\u003e is to try the pump that we supply first (you don't need to fill your tank completely full while testing it out.) \u003cstrong\u003eIf\u003c\/strong\u003e you are having issues after you have tried the supplied pump, \u003cstrong\u003ethen\u003c\/strong\u003e you can try swapping out the in tank pump for a higher pressure pump or adding an inline pump in addition to our pump.
