It is a common occurrence to have to move the metal around when tack welding it together. The B-Pillar butts up against the front of the fender well and the C-Pillar lands just before the tailgate. If you want to keep the functionality of the glove box and still have 6 points of contact, you would need to relocate the glove box a few inches towards the center of the dash.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you don't want to relocate the glove box, you can run a 4-point cage like our new Beach Cruiser cage. This eliminates the A-Pilar and in its place are two bars that extend from the B-Pilar to the windshield so that you can remove your hard top. We also do not recommend using bungs for your seat belts because when you drill into the legs, you weaken the integrity of the legs. It is best to use a weld on tab vs a bung.
